Founded by Atlantis-born physiotherapist Tamlin Ariefdien, the practice combines evidence-based physiotherapy with a practical, individual approach to rehabilitation. Every person has different goals, challenges, and lifestyles, which is why treatment focuses on understanding your needs and helping you achieve meaningful progress.

Tamlin Ariefdien

Qualifications: BSc Physiotherapy (SU, 2015), MSc Sport & Exercise Physiotherapy (UCT, 2022).

Tamlin is a qualified physiotherapist with a strong interest in sport, movement and rehabilitation. Her passion for physiotherapy began through her love of sport and developed into a commitment to helping people from all walks of life improve their mobility and overall wellbeing. She has completed additional training in dry needling, basic wheelchair seating, modern clinical Pilates, and spinal and peripheral manipulation.

Over the years, Tamlin has gained valuable experience in both local and high-performance sporting environments. She has provided physiotherapy support at several local rugby tournaments, including the OK Mamre 7s, Wesbank 7s, Darling 7s and Shilton van Wyk 7s. She has represented South Africa as a physiotherapist at international sporting events, including the Lesotho Region 5 Games, the 2024 African Games in Ghana and the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

We provide a range of physiotherapy services including sports injury rehabilitation, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, dry needling, pain management, neurological rehabilitation, injury prevention, and corporate wellness programmes.
No, a referral is not required. You can book directly with us for an assessment and treatment. However, if your medical aid requires a referral, please check with them in advance.
